Welcome to the Cynder-EmberFanClub! We aren't that active these days, but we are always accepting relevant submissions and enjoy polite discussion about this pairing. For those who may be unclear, this club is primarily for the pairing, or 'ship', of the dragons Cynder and Ember from the popular Spyro franchise. Ember appeared in earlier games like A Hero's Tail, while Cynder was in all three Legend of Spyro games and also is a playable character in Skylanders. So really, any interpretation of their styles is acceptable, as long as they're involved in some form. We also accept just Cynder or just Ember, or art where they're interacting in a friendly manner. What we do not tolerate here: -Homophobia, or any other form of discrimination based on sexuality. This pairing does feature two females. They could be lesbian, bisexual, pansexual, or any other sexuality you decide. But please do not attack the members of the group because you do not agree with it. If you don't agree, there is surely a Spyro/Cynder or Spyro/Ember group you could find. -No hate toward our members for the reason stated above. There may be a difference of opinions, but these opinions are toward fictional characters and it is not a big deal. Part of getting along in a fandom is learning to accept ships that you don't like. -It may not happen, but I also don't want to see any kind of racism, sexism, cissexism, transmisogyny, or any other oppressive beliefs stated. You believe that certain groups are inferior/bad? Keep it to yourself, it has no place here. Don't know what one of the above words mean? Google is your friend. -Just be open-minded and polite, and if you participate in debate, present your points in an orderly, logical fashion. Try not to bring personal prejudices into it, but if you must, justify it. When responding to debates, address every point the other person made, don't just shrug it off. I think that's about it, and if I seem overbearing, sorry. But it is my group and I don't want to deal with drama because someone said something offensive and then got backlash for it. Just remember... if you smack a beehive and the bees come out and attack you, don't just sit there confused and ask why these bees are stinging you. You kinda brought it on yourself. On a less serious note, enjoy the club! :D I hope I didn't scare anyone, I promise I'm usually very nice, just certain things are beyond my tolerance level. |
